Some of our nurse recruits have succeeded on a professional level, mutually benefiting ADEX, the client, and overall, the patients in which they provide medical care.

Here are some of Nurse Success Stories:

  • Mary A. - Previous experience Lab Tech in Ghana, US experience Stepdown Unit Tenn (1 year). Placed in OK and cross-trained to Med Surg/Tele and has decided to stay on as a staff nurse on this unit.
  • Joanne J. - Previous experience in Saudi as a wound nurse. Placed at a facility in Arkansas and cross-trained to Acute Rehab and has decided to stay on as a staff nurse on this unit. She is now a preceptor to our new Adex nurses and new staff hires.
  • Jennifer A.- Previous experience was mostly chronic dialysis in the Philippines. She was placed in Michigan and cross-trained to Acute Dialysis. She has decided to stay on with this facility as a staff nurse in Acute Dialysis.
  • Donna F.- Previous experience in Med Surg (float ED) in KSA. She was placed in Maryland and cross-trained to full time ED. She decided to stay on at the facility as a staff nurse and now has been named "Nurse of the Month" numerous times.
  • Beverly B. - Previous experience Med Surg in the Philippines. She was placed at a facility in Florida in the Med Surg and at first was timid. But it did not take her long for her confidence to increase and she was cross-trained to PCU. She now is a preceptor for the facility as a staff nurse.
  • Phillip S.: While working in Washington, D.C., he was able to achieve the trusted level of Preceptor within 18 months, and is now, 2 years later, a Train the Trainer for Nurse Preceptors. Philip left D.C. September 2010 and is now a PEDS nurse traveler completing assignments in TX.
  • Liza N. and Kuenzle T.: While working in Costa Mesa, CA, started as strictly Med-Surg and Psych specific. Through a collaborative effort they, within 24 months, are now able to effectively provide care for NICU and Pediatric Ventilator patients.
  • Jessamyn B.: Initially Jessamyn was hired based on her skill-set as a Med-Surg Psych nurse. She now has achieved the skill level of and ICU nurse to provide Medical Induced Stress tests to her client's patients within a 12-month time-frame. Joy is now the Medical Surgical Charge Nurse in Ontario.
  • Virginia A.: Something that normally takes 18 months, Virginia, working with the guidance of our client and support of ADEX, was able to achieve the level of an OR Nurse, in which she had no prior experience.
  • Jonathan M.: Came to ADEX as a qualified MS/TELE nurse, after 30 months of training is now effectively facilitating the needs of a prominent Southern California Research Center.
  • Jasmine H. & Cherry M. were recruited within our International Nursing Program and came to ADEX as post pardum nurses. Now both are fully specialized Labor & Delivery nurses.
  • Estrella R. converted to a Day Surgery Nurse.
  • Mary Jane F. up-trained to provide Medical Induced Stress tests.
  • Mary A. within 24 months, is now a full-blown ER Nurse working in a Level 1 Trauma facility.
  • Jocelyn A. in less than one year has been promoted to the PEDS nurse supervisor; Jocelyn was voted "Nurse of the Year 2010" by her peers
  • Erin B. in less than one year has been promoted to the PEDS nurse supervisor
  • Emily C. has been promoted to the PEDS/PICU nurse supervisor
  • Nancy R. rotates between ER-ICU & Step Down; takes on per diem shifts in ER-ICU & Step Down; plus has achieved the skill level to provide Medical Induced Stress tests.
  • Eufriene P. is now an Apheresis nurse; plus will be picking up Step Down-Telemetry per diem shifts as local Los Angeles hospitals
  • Wendy G. works full time at HSC in the PEDS, PICU & NICU floors; plus is attending classes to obtain her NP license
  • Danree V. works full time in Step Down-Telemetry-MS; plus is a trained Apheresis nurse
  • Jessamine G. works full time at HSC; and per diem shifts in DC.
  • Ani J. works full time; and was voted "Nurse of the Year 2009" by her peers
  • Rowena P. works full time in Medical Surgical/Telemetry
