Leadership Team

Peter Leibowitz, Chairman - Co-founder of ADEX Corporation, Peter has an impressive resume as an entrepreneur in diversified manufacturing and service businesses. His portfolio includes running domestic and international companies in the textiles, apparel, telecommunications and staffing services industries.

Gary McGuire, Managing Partner - Co-founder of ADEX Corporation, Gary has 37 years of experience in specialized technical service and staffing for the telecommunications and healthcare industries. He has served as an executive with publicly traded staffing companies and overseen the rapid growth of new businesses.

Jim Shoemaker (RN), Director, Clinical Services - Jim is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Birmingham where he majored in Communication Arts/Public Relations. He is also a Registered Nurse with over 24 years of clinical and nursing management experience. He has recently led teams throughout the healthcare industry in quality management and education. Jim also brings over 10 years of healthcare staffing experience in a Management and a Regional Director role focusing on sales and operations.

Tina Loh, Chief Operating Officer - Tina possesses 30 years of experience in operational management in the apparel and international staffing business. Her extensive travels throughout Asia, Middle East, Europe and her bilingual status provide her with unique insights into the diverse needs of international RN professionals. Her corporate management and organizational skills have enhanced the infrastructure development of the company.

Claudia Root, East Division Marketing Executive - Claudia has over 20 years' experience in divisional sales and operational management. With over 10 years of staffing industry experience both domestic and international, her expertise includes such areas as vendor management, strategic planning, customer relationship management, employee training and acculturation, and clinical analysis for matching nurse professionals to facility requirements.

Wayne Beemer, Chief Sales / Marketing Officer - Following his career as an AART licensed radiologic technologist, Wayne embarked upon a successful career as a sales and marketing executive for ultrasound, nuclear and PET equipment companies. Wayne drives ADEX Medical Staffing, LLC’s business development programs.
